Training is happening in 10 days
Happy, merry
I hope you all had an amazing holiday week! I enjoyed a few fabulous days off while my kids and grandbaby visited. We had 2 days with a rare houseful and I loved every second of it! Food, family, & tons of fun! And now, this week’s clarity check: On a scale of 1–5, how grounded do you feel today? Comment with just the number, no explanation needed, unless you want to share. (I always love hearing!) Today's action: 👉 Set a 5-minute timer and clear ONE surface you see daily.
Happy Monday, Clarity Lounge 🤍
It’s Christmas, which means this is not the week to overhaul your life. It is a great week to check in, soften the edges, and choose one small thing that brings a little clarity and calm. ✨ This week’s intention check-in: What’s one intention you want to hold this week? Not a full to-do list. Just a word, a feeling, or a gentle focus. 🧭 This week’s small-win action: Set a 10-minute timer and do a quick inbox reset.Unsubscribe from 3 emails that no longer serve you. That’s it. Tiny action. Immediate relief. If you feel like sharing, comment with: • Your intention for the week • Or one thing that already feels heavy that you’re choosing to lighten And a quick reminder, we have our open Q&A / community chat tomorrow at 10am 🎉 No agenda, no slides, no pressure. Just real conversation, questions, and clarity support. I’d truly love to see you there, even if you pop in for just a few minutes. Slow is allowed this week. Clarity still counts. 🌱

Monday actions (a day late)
I'm not sure what happened to Monday, but here we are! Better late than never. What’s one word guiding you this week? ✨ Sometimes, a single word can be a compass. It doesn’t have to be perfect or profound, it just has to help you focus when everything else is swirling. Maybe your word is clarity, courage, patience, or momentum. 💡 Action: Along with your guiding word, share one thing you’re asking for support with this week. This could be a project, a decision, or even a mindset shift. Here’s why this works: when you name the word and voice your request for support, you’re giving your brain a clear direction and inviting others to step in with guidance, perspective, or encouragement. Two small actions, but they create clarity + momentum + connection. Take a minute to reflect. Write down your word. Say it out loud. Share it with the group. Let’s hold space for each other and make this week purposeful, grounded, and focused. I can't wait to hear from you!

Alright friends, let’s ease into this week together.
What’s one focus you’re carrying into the next few days? Just one. Not the whole list. Not the whole color-coded planner. One thing your future self will high-five you for sticking with. ✨ And because we’re all about building momentum, not pressure, here’s your action step: Write down three things you’ve already accomplished this month. Yep, already. Even if December has felt chaotic. Even if your brain’s been doing that adorable “not today, ma’am” thing. Progress counts even when it didn’t look glamorous. Clearing your inbox? Counts. Showing up for a client? Counts. Taking a break because your energy needed it? Definitely counts. The more you recognize what you have done, the easier it is to stay aligned with the thing you want to do next. That’s how you build clarity in real time, not by forcing focus, but by reminding your brain that you can be trusted with momentum. And if you came to this morning’s Reset Your Rhythm training… you know the vibe. Slow. Steady. Grounded. Clear space → clear energy → clear choices. If you missed it, go check it out in the replay section. 💛 What’s your ONE focus this week? 💛 And what are three things you’ve already knocked out this month? Pop them below, or keep them in your journal if that feels better. Either way, I’m cheering you on. Have a great week!
🎯 Weekly Reset: One Clear Goal After the Holiday Rush
Hey friends, if you’re anything like me, the week after Thanksgiving feels a tiny bit like waking up from a food coma and realizing… oh right, life. And emails. And goals. So let’s start simple. Let’s start gentle. Let’s start with one clear goal for the week. Just one. The kind of goal that feels doable even if your brain is still running on leftover stuffing. And because clarity loves a calm space, here’s your tiny-but-mighty action: Remove one visual distraction in your space. One pile. One corner. One random “I’ll deal with it after the holiday”situation. It's wild what that does for your momentum. A couple weeks ago I mentioned a workshop I’m putting together, and this is exactly the vibe we’ll be diving into, creating simple, doable goals, deciding what’s worth carrying into the new year, gracefully letting go of the rest, and building a plan that doesn’t make your nervous system want to run screaming. Before I finish mapping it out, I’d love to know: What questions do you have about setting goals, simplifying your plan, or figuring out what the heck to focus on next year? Tell me what you’re wrestling with so I can shape this into something truly helpful. And please share your one clear goal for the week so we can cheer you on! We’re ending the year with clarity, not chaos. Let’s go.
