On Monday, I mentioned that this week’s training is an overview of Clarity in Action, and today I want to give you a few extra nuggets from the workshop that tend to land the hardest for people. Here are a few clarity truths I see over and over: ✨ Overwhelm isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a focus problem. Most people don’t need a better routine or more discipline. They need fewer priorities competing for their attention. ✨ Clarity comes from choosing, not adding. If everything feels important, nothing moves. Real clarity usually shows up when you decide what’s a not right now. ✨ One clear focus beats five half-started goals.Your brain loves direction. Giving it one main focus for the next 90 days creates momentum fast, and makes decision-making way easier.. ✨ Tiny steps calm your nervous system. You don’t need a big plan to move forward. You need the next doable step. The kind you could finish before lunch. This is exactly what we walk through in the full Clarity in Action training - clearing the mental clutter, choosing one aligned focus, and turning it into simple steps that actually fit your life. If this week already has you thinking, “Oh… that’s me,” you’re in the right place. And if you haven’t watched the training yet, no rush, but when you do, pay attention to what immediately feels lighter. That’s usually your clarity trying to get your attention. People have been amazed at how good it feels to be "allowed" to just focus on one thing. You don’t need to figure out the whole year. Happy Monday!
How are we today? Some people felt a little off on my accountability call. And honestly… same.There’s definitely some weird stuff in the air lately. I had my first bout of vertigo on Saturday and whew — it kicked my bootie.Not ideal. Do not recommend. 😅 And yet… I still feel really confident that 2026 is going to be amazing. What I’m noticing is this:People seem to be slowing down and getting more intentional.“Busy” for the sake of being busy just doesn’t hit the same way it used to.It feels like more people are asking, What actually matters right now? And I think that’s a good thing. So let’s pause for a clarity check: Comment: On a scale of 1–5, how grounded do you feel today? (No explanation needed — just notice.) Action:👉 Clear one small surface you see every day. A counter. A desk. A nightstand. Nothing dramatic. Just one little reset. Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from steadying ourselves and choosing presence over momentum. I’m really glad you’re here. 🤍 Oh!
