Hello! I’m Annemarie and currently live in the Houston, TX area. I’ve been working hard in therapy and am feeling better emotionally, but a lot of physical symptoms still persist!! I know recovering from full blown burnout can take a loooong time, but trying to do what I can to support the process (and honestly, speed it up too 😬). step 1: leave soul-sucking job, complete ✅
