I hit 10k+ steps today! And I’m so proud of myself. I skipped my morning walk because it got cold here. I’ve been aiming for 1 mile walks, daily. Sunday I rested, so only got about 4K steps. All week I averaged about 7k steps. So I went to the gym after work and my goal was 45 minutes on the treadmill. Once I got past the 45 minutes I was almost two miles in, so I kept going! I ended up walking 2.42 miles. Felt good. I’m a little tired now but I know once I get some sleep I’ll feel better by morning. So calling it a night. 😴

Seeing a change
On my third week and am starting to have more energy throughout the day! I have not been so fatigued during work that I have to nap to get through the day! Additionally, noticing a little less brain fog! 🫶🏽🎉

I’m on day 17 of my Reset!! It’s going great, not perfect, but great. My sleep and brain clarity is improving. I wake up feeling a bit more alive.
