How Will AI Impact Your Health in the Future? - What you NEED to Know.
Join us Sunday November 30th @ 7pm Central. Link below. Artificial intelligence is becoming one of the most transformative forces in modern health and wellness. From wearable devices that analyze heart rate, sleep quality, and stress levels in real time to AI-powered coaches that provide personalized nutrition, fitness, and mental-health guidance, technology is shifting wellness from guesswork to precision. Instead of one-size-fits-all advice, people now receive insights tailored to their unique biology and daily habits. This level of personalization was impossible a few years ago, and it’s empowering individuals to take control of their health long before problems arise. Looking ahead, AI will play a central role in preventive care, early detection, and everyday wellbeing. We’re moving into a world where AI can flag potential health risks, analyze patterns the human eye might miss, and support doctors with faster, more accurate decision-making. At the same time, wellness tools—such as virtual therapy assistants, predictive sleep platforms, and smart-home health systems—are making high-quality support more accessible than ever. While challenges around privacy and ethics remain, the future of health is clear: AI is not replacing human care, but enhancing it, helping people stay healthier, happier, and more connected to their own bodies. https://rumble.com/v728awo-how-will-ai-impact-your-health-in-the-future-what-you-need-to-know..html?e9s=src_v1_upp_f

Keeping it Clean In Hollywood with Nate!
When’s the last time you saw a genuinely funny, clean comedy in theaters? If you had to pause and think, you’re not alone. In an era where Hollywood seems obsessed with shock value, crude humor, and big-budget explosions, audiences looking for smart, clean laughs have been quietly neglected. Studios continue to push the envelope with R-rated content, banking on controversy and chaos over charm and cleverness. But there's a growing number of moviegoers—families, church groups, and fans of classic stand-up—who just want to laugh without feeling uncomfortable. Enter Nate Bargatze, a soft-spoken comedic powerhouse from Tennessee with a sharp eye for life’s absurdities and a delivery that feels more like a conversation with an old friend than a stand-up set. Known for his Netflix specials and sold-out arena shows, Bargatze proves that you don’t need vulgarity to be hilarious. His comedy is observational, relatable, and refreshingly clean—yet it still packs a punch. He’s not just avoiding profanity; he’s redefining what mainstream comedy can be. By staying true to his voice, Bargatze has tapped into an underserved market that’s been yearning for something different. His rise isn’t just a personal triumph—it’s a signal to Hollywood that audiences are ready (and willing to pay) for content that doesn’t sacrifice humor for decency. As the demand for clean, smart entertainment grows louder, maybe—just maybe—the industry will start listening. Until then, comedians like Nate Bargatze are leading the charge, one clean joke at a time. www.johnhenrysoto.com

Pay people what their skills are worth.
In every industry—music, film, digital marketing, talent management—great work doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because someone spent years learning, failing, practicing, improving, and showing up when others quit. If you value quality, respect the craft. If you want excellence, invest in the people who can deliver it. Fair pay isn’t just compensation. It’s appreciation. It’s professionalism. It’s how we build stronger communities and better results. Honor the skill. Pay the talent.

Making Connections. How important is it?
As a uniquely different-looking character actor, (I'm very short) 😆 one of the most important things you can do is get out there and meet other actors and filmmakers. Building genuine relationships opens doors to collaboration, creative growth, and new opportunities that might never come from online submissions alone. When people see your unique presence in person — your energy, your personality, your look — it leaves an impression that no headshot or résumé can capture. Networking in person reminds others that you bring something distinct to the table, something that can’t be duplicated. I was honored to have met two great Actors/Entertainers here in Nashville. Rob Ricotta and Carter Nelms. As a director, this is one of the things I truly enjoy — connecting with other artists who have their own unique voice and perspective. When those connections happen naturally, projects tend to grow in ways you never expect. Collaboration begins with conversation, and for actors, especially those who stand out visually or stylistically, showing up is key. It’s about being part of a creative community where your individuality isn’t just accepted, it’s celebrated. Let's connect! 🙂📽 Johnhenrysoto@gmail.com
