Welcome. Welcome to Caregivers Sanctuary! I’m Julie, your chaos navigator. My journey as a caregiver has taught me resilience through the messy reality of high-stakes caregiving. I became a mother at 16, married at 17, and by 29, I was a twice-divorced mom of a blended family. I’ve raised kids with ADHD and autism while navigating the challenges of their needs. In 2015, my son was diagnosed with epilepsy, and I became a 24/7 nervous system for my family. I discovered yoga and meditation not just as hobbies, but as essential tools for grounding myself amid chaos. Now, I’m here to help you. In this community, we’ll focus on regulating your nervous system, finding relief from tension, and creating your own "sanctuary of self." Your life matters, and together, we’ll find your anchor.
