This is a brief look at the Week One downloadables available to Premium tier members. There are over 40 pages across these three downloadables and new ones are added every week. It's just $9 to join, that's less than £7 for my fellow UK care and support workers 🙌🏼 More Premium tier benefits will be revealed soon - and anyone in Free tier will still get to enjoy the four weekly scheduled discussions 🎉

Care & Support Staff - What Would You Do?
You’re on shift in a supported living service. It’s 8pm and time for evening medication. One of the people you support, who usually takes their medication without issue, suddenly refuses. They say: “I’m not taking that tonight. I don’t need it.” They appear calm but firm. No obvious signs of distress. The medication is prescribed and documented as essential. What would you do next? - Do you try again? - Do you document and leave it? - Do you escalate? - Do you explore capacity in that moment? How would you handle this professionally while respecting rights and keeping everyone safe?
'What Would You Do?' post tonight 🙌🏼
If you work in the care and support sector, this one will feel familiar 👀 Come back at 6pm and share how you would handle tonight's scenario.
