Welcome to the Bullet Proof Method! Here’s a quick 1 minute intro as to what this is. You’ve joined a free community to understand more about arm health, pitching development, and return to throw processes we conduct at FSP. There’s no coaching or programming in here. This is all content to make you better at this game you love and understand potentially why you’re dealing with certain injuries, pain, soreness, and/or setbacks.
