Tuesday Tip
Every hour you are awake, do 10 squats.
Set a timer for each hour and do 10 squats.
Don't say you're too busy or don't have time.
You have 15-30 seconds every hour.
And you deserve to move your body.
By the end of the day, you could have done over 100 squats and hardly losing any time.
Exercise and movement matters.
YOU matter.
Your joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, your BONES, matter.
Movement is medicine.
So, take advantage of it!
Who is going to move your body for you if you don't? No one.
Give yourself the love you DESERVE.
Especially before your health decides for you and you can't move as well.
