📌 Welcome to Kingdom Lifters — Read This First
If you’re reading this, you made a decision that a lot of men never make. You decided that enough is enough. Enough coasting. Enough meaning to get in shape “one day.” Enough living like your body doesn’t matter to your mission. Welcome to Kingdom Lifters — a brotherhood of men who are done settling and ready to show up strong. In the gym, in their homes, and in their calling. Here’s how to get started: 1️⃣ Introduce yourself below — drop your name, where you’re from, and one word that describes where you are right now physically or spiritually. Let the brotherhood meet you. 2️⃣ Head to the Classroom and start with the START HERE section before anything else. It will orient you and plug you in immediately. 3️⃣ Work through the Spirit & Strength Framework — four modules that will lay the foundation before you ever touch a weight. Don’t skip this. 4️⃣ Follow The Temple Physique Roadmap — seven steps that take you from where you are to where you are going. 5️⃣ Show up to the live events — Weekly Bible Study Call and Weekly Workout at Metro Flex Gym are where this community comes alive. Get them on your calendar now. A word from the founders: We built Kingdom Lifters because we couldn’t find a space that took both faith and fitness seriously at the same time. Not one without the other. Both — together — as they were always meant to be. This is not a hype community. We don’t chase motivation. We build discipline. We hold each other to a standard. And we do it as brothers. Your body is a temple. It’s time to start treating it like one. Now introduce yourself below 👇🏿 — We read every single one. — Jay & Chris

Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.” — 1 Peter 3:15 NIV Most men know what they believe. Very few can explain why. Peter wasn’t writing to theologians. He was writing to ordinary men living in a world that was hostile to their faith — men who were watched closely, questioned often, and expected to either defend what they stood for or shrink back in silence. His instruction was not to win arguments. It was not to dominate conversations or prove people wrong. It was to be ready. And to be ready with gentleness and respect. That combination is rare in a man. Conviction without arrogance. Clarity without aggression. A man who knows what he believes, knows why he believes it, and can communicate it in a way that makes the person across from him want to lean in rather than walk away. That is not weakness. That is mastery. The question worth sitting with today: If someone looked at your life this week and asked you to explain the hope they see in you — what would you say? If you don’t have an answer yet that is not a reason for shame. It is a reason to go deeper. The brotherhood is here for that.
Proverbs 1 — The Beginning of Wisdom
Last night the brotherhood gathered and it was exactly what it was supposed to be. We opened Proverbs Chapter 1 together — and if you think Proverbs is just a collection of wise sayings, this call will change your mind. Solomon wrote this as a father speaking directly to his son. Every verse is a charge. Every line is a warning or a promise. We talked about what it actually means to fear the Lord. Not terror. Not religious performance. The kind of reverent awe that reorients everything — how you think, how you move, how you lead. We talked about the voices that pull men away from wisdom. How they come disguised. How they appeal to comfort, to shortcuts, to the path of least resistance. And how the man who ignores wisdom doesn’t just miss out — he suffers the consequences of his own choices. The recording is inside the community. If you missed it come back prepared next time — this is the kind of conversation that sharpens you. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” — Proverbs 1:7 This is what Kingdom Lifters is built for. Not just the gym. Not just the body. The whole man. See you on the next one.

“It will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.” — Matthew 10:20 NIV Every man in this community has had a moment where he said the right thing at the right time and had no idea where it came from. The conversation that changed someone’s direction. The word that reached a brother at the exact moment he needed it. The truth that came out of your mouth before your mind could second-guess it. That was not you. Jesus said this to his disciples before sending them out into rooms that would challenge everything they believed. He didn’t say prepare the perfect speech. He didn’t say study every angle. He said go — and trust that the Spirit of your Father will speak when the moment requires it. The man who walks in obedience does not need to have all the answers. He just needs to show up. The question worth sitting with today: How many moments has fear of saying the wrong thing kept you silent — when the Spirit was ready to speak through you? Drop a word of encouragement for a brother in the comments today. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just show up.
