And I'd play this game to see if it improved sleep and therefore - their lives
I stopped playing after it was literally 100% 60/60 people
Unless we eat for specifically FOR Zinc and Magnesium then WE WILL BE deficient in them
These are all more or less dosed at 450mg Magnesium and 30mg Zinc
Personally as a bigger mans I am enjoying 600mg Mg and 40Mg Zinc
