Self-Care Sunday – Let’s Reset Together 🌿
Happy Sunday everyone! Self-care isn’t just about spa days and face masks (although we love those too!). It’s about taking a moment to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and give your mind and body a little kindness after a busy week. Today I invite you to take 10–20 minutes just for you. That might be: ✨ A gentle facial massage ✨ A short walk and some fresh air ✨ Drinking a warm herbal tea ✨ Applying a nourishing face mask ✨ Taking a few deep breaths and relaxing your shoulders Remember, when we care for ourselves, we show up better for our clients, our families, and our work.

A little massage makes a difference!
Hi everyone, I thought I’d jump in today and share a quick tip from one of my treatments. Facial and massage techniques can make such a difference to circulation, relaxation and skin health. I’ll be sharing more tips, techniques and training ideas here again, so feel free to ask questions or let me know what you’d like to learn more about. was also thinking it could be nice to start doing a monthly online workshop where we can go through techniques, ask questions and learn together. will post about that soon guys in the meantime any questions or comments please let me know.
