I’m cooked after last week.
Gentlemen. I apologise I have been a bit quiet this week. As we are still building this course I have been absolutely balls deep in work—that’s all there is to it. Today is the first day I’ve had a rest and taken some time for myself. My movement has been off, my eating non exist , sleeps cooked, on screens until 3am working… But the thing is—results are not some perfect picture. I’ve had to strip my life back to the the bare minimum to build this platform these past few weeks. Hence why everything else has taken a hit. But here’s my wisdom from it. Like I speak about in the core framework “The seasons of life”. There are moments in your life when you need to genuinely assess yourself and your immediate standing in life and ask yourself: What exactly do I need, what capacity do I have to do it and (as an extra for this post), what do I need to sacrifice? The answer was clear, I needed to build this platform, my mental capacity and focus could handle it—but something had to be toned down a notch and sacrifices needed to be made to do so. That energy had to be stripped from my training —just focus on just moving my body instead of complete circuits. Minimal food, so my stomach wasn’t full and playing tug o war with my focus and energy. Later nights, sacrificing sleep quality to work longer. Introduce a little bit of controlled coffee in the mornings for peak focus. Supplements like tyrosine and alpha GPC got reintroduced. Relationship put on hold. The list goes on and honestly I felt a bit fucking fried this weekend. But the sacrifice had to be made. Something that I have not taught yet in my teachings is adaptabilty. The power of being able to, in one moment, optimise your resources and use what you have immediately to give yourself the best chance at success in any endeavour. Perhaps that’s a lesson for another day. But what I want to say is this entire course is about a mindset—that small, sometimes insignificant steps lead to bigger results. Yeah I tell you to make your bed and dim your phone light—seems fucking stupid right? But it is these small habits that helped me lock into the very mindset I needed to finally put this platform out there. I needed to just lock in and do the fucking basics—pull everything apart and focus on the one or two things that are essential to me becoming better in this moment.
Restructuring of modules
Good afternoon lads. I have completely restructured the format of the classroom modules— instead of it all just being lumped into one huge page and sections without any real structure — I have given them their own individual pages within an overarching folder of each lesson within the module. I’ve also been building extra sections within each lesson which I will go through and highlight and make another post for anyone who hasn’t already read so they can go back and read the extra sections. Thanks homies. Hope y’all are killing your day 🙏🏼

THANK YOU
What's up my boys As my founding members—the first 10 in this group—you guys are here while The Baseline is taking its very first steps. Right now, you’ve got the foundation. For almost a month while building this out, I found myself stuck in a perfectionism loop trying to make every single detail flawless. (It’s ironic, because I actually talk about breaking this exact loop under The Baseline Protocols in Lesson 4: The Mental Baseline). Eventually, I realized overthinking was getting me nowhere and I just needed to fucking ship it. So I did. And that’s what you boys have in front of you today. I’m extremely grateful to every single one of you for trusting me and stepping up as the first brothers in arms. I’m genuinely proud of you guys for wanting to optimize your lives and level up—not through generic fitness or cookie-cutter mindset coaching, but on a deeper, real level. This comes straight from a brother who understands how fucking hard life gets when you’re navigating business, staying healthy, and trying to execute at a high level every single day. I want you to know: I’ve got you. I’m here to support, guide, coach, and mentor you through whatever life throws at you. Because you are the founding members, we are building this together. If you have any recommendations, feedback, or ideas—things you want updated, added, or done better—do not hesitate to tell me. Your input will directly shape how we add value and where I put more effort into certain sections. Drop your thoughts, ideas, or recommendations in the comments below! (And make sure to check your DMs here.)

No more Daily Check In thread.
I got a bit ahead of myself and asked too much of you guys. I initially expected everyone to come in here and post their daily checklists every day. But honestly, that goes against everything I'm teaching—it just creates more friction and adds another chore to your day. I know this can quickly become overwhelming, and eventually, it just fizzles out. So instead, I’m scrapping that idea. Moving forward, we’ll stick strictly to our weekly check-in every weekend. You should still use the tracker each day to keep yourself accountable and tick off each non-negotiable as you go, but don't stress about posting your results daily. That was unrealistic and unreasonable of me to ask, and I apologise! Have a great day!
