THE INFINITE MIND
Something I’m genuinely struggling with lately is being able to turn off my mind. I preach about meditation, breathwork and morning pauses—taking those moments for yourself to come back to the present, to get out of your head. But over the past few weeks, I’ve struggled endlessly to actually do that. I’ll sit down to meditate for 20 minutes and just have thoughts swelling through my head. I’ll try to do breathwork and the entire time I’m thinking. I’ll lay down to go to sleep and my brain just will not switch off. And if I look at my life and critique myself honestly, I know why. I’m overworking myself. I’m thinking too much about the fine details of trying to continue building this platform. I’m getting stuck in the perfectionist loop that I talk about in Module One. I’m constantly thinking of ways to be better, improve, progress. And in itself, that isn’t necessarily an unhealthy way of thinking. But when it becomes your entire way of living—when your entire being is consumed by thoughts of constantly becoming better—you stop allowing yourself moments to simply exist. We don’t allow ourselves moments for the present. We don’t allow ourselves moments to truly appreciate what we actually have around us. Love. Friendship. Family. Or just the simple act of enjoying where you are right now. I honestly haven’t had a moment like that in a while, and it’s starting to bug me this week. So I’m taking a step back. I’m locking in my sleep architecture—shutting the laptop down at 1am, sleeping at 2, waking up at a better time and getting my morning habits back in. One thing I have noticed is that I’ve been checking my phone way too early, which is exactly what I said not to do in the Blue Light Control section under Non-Negotiable Six. So the answer isn’t that I need to find some revolutionary new way to improve myself. I just need to return to the little things. Small habits. Small disciplines. The non-negotiables that actually give me the thing I’m desperately missing right now—

@Turner F Proud of you man. That exact mindset is what’s is going to push you further than any forced output ever could my bro. It may be small, tedious and foreign — but it’s sustainable. It’s what will build consistency and discipline over time and give you the mental clarity and bandwidth you need to cultivate a mind that’s capable of prolonged, sustained focus that continues to compound over time. Us humans always tend to overlook the little things that are usually the most vital. For example, rest and recovery — when do we ever actually think about it other than right before bed? We think “oh I’m tired I might sleep now” — yet we overlook our constant brain fog and lack of motivation and energy and think “you know what, I just need more discipline, maybe I’ll push harder”. I was guilty of it for 10 years 😂 But it’s never too late to realise, and never too late to implement the correct solutions to achieve better results. Which is exactly what you and I are doing right now. Keep at it and everything will become so much clearer very soon. When we allow time for the body and mind to rest — we can finally catch up to ourselves and place ourselves in the present and understand what truly needs to be done. 🙏🏼 Have a good day brother.
Good evening lads.
I trust you are all well. Just a simple yet always overlooked reminder to you all to keep your hydration up today. 4 litres - nothing less. We want energy, clarity, focus. Without enough water, all of this falls apart. Have a good day. 🫡 Talk soon.

@Billy Sheridan glad to have you here 🙏🏼
I’m cooked after last week.
Gentlemen. I apologise I have been a bit quiet this week. As we are still building this course I have been absolutely balls deep in work—that’s all there is to it. Today is the first day I’ve had a rest and taken some time for myself. My movement has been off, my eating non exist , sleeps cooked, on screens until 3am working… But the thing is—results are not some perfect picture. I’ve had to strip my life back to the the bare minimum to build this platform these past few weeks. Hence why everything else has taken a hit. But here’s my wisdom from it. Like I speak about in the core framework “The seasons of life”. There are moments in your life when you need to genuinely assess yourself and your immediate standing in life and ask yourself: What exactly do I need, what capacity do I have to do it and (as an extra for this post), what do I need to sacrifice? The answer was clear, I needed to build this platform, my mental capacity and focus could handle it—but something had to be toned down a notch and sacrifices needed to be made to do so. That energy had to be stripped from my training —just focus on just moving my body instead of complete circuits. Minimal food, so my stomach wasn’t full and playing tug o war with my focus and energy. Later nights, sacrificing sleep quality to work longer. Introduce a little bit of controlled coffee in the mornings for peak focus. Supplements like tyrosine and alpha GPC got reintroduced. Relationship put on hold. The list goes on and honestly I felt a bit fucking fried this weekend. But the sacrifice had to be made. Something that I have not taught yet in my teachings is adaptabilty. The power of being able to, in one moment, optimise your resources and use what you have immediately to give yourself the best chance at success in any endeavour. Perhaps that’s a lesson for another day. But what I want to say is this entire course is about a mindset—that small, sometimes insignificant steps lead to bigger results. Yeah I tell you to make your bed and dim your phone light—seems fucking stupid right? But it is these small habits that helped me lock into the very mindset I needed to finally put this platform out there. I needed to just lock in and do the fucking basics—pull everything apart and focus on the one or two things that are essential to me becoming better in this moment.

@Ryan Wendt Indeed brother. Keep your head up and your shoulders back and do what's necessary for your immediate success. But also make sure to take a moment to assess yourself, what's my output capacity right now, what needs to be sacrificed, what is siphoning my energy from elsewhere and how can I use that information to optimise with only the essentials? Don't overload yourself with things taking your energy away from your first 1 or 2 main priorities and make sure to give yourself space and room enough to breathe, slow down for a moment, reassess, then keep attacking with consious optimised action. You may find that in one month the same processes and actions are not giving you the same results that are crucial to achieving your end goal. Hence why reassessment is crucial my boy. Big love my man, i'm super happy to see that the lads are also working towards their goals. Sounds like you found us exactly when you needed it brother and I'll help every step of the way on your journey. I got you. Have a good day lad, speak soon 🙏🏼

Damn you got that song stuck in my my head! haha. But you are correct indeed my friend. Just gotta find whats directly benefiting us in the moment and focus on those things(no matter how small or insignificant) instead of spreading ourselves too thin by listening to the ego that tell us we need to constantly be doing more. 🙏🏼
Restructuring of modules
Good afternoon lads. I have completely restructured the format of the classroom modules— instead of it all just being lumped into one huge page and sections without any real structure — I have given them their own individual pages within an overarching folder of each lesson within the module. I’ve also been building extra sections within each lesson which I will go through and highlight and make another post for anyone who hasn’t already read so they can go back and read the extra sections. Thanks homies. Hope y’all are killing your day 🙏🏼
