Phase 2 Repack the Bag
After we unpack the bag, we begin to see the beliefs, fears, and survival patterns that shaped our relationship with money, worth, and opportunity. But awareness alone does not create change. If we only unpack without repacking, we remain conscious of the wounds while still operating from them. Repacking the bag is the intentional process of choosing what goes back inside. In this phase, we begin replacing old money stories with new beliefs rooted in self-worth, safety, and alignment. We start building healthier habits, regulating our nervous system around growth, and creating new financial and emotional patterns that support abundance instead of scarcity. This phase is important because it shifts us from healing to rebuilding. Instead of chasing money or trying to prove our value, we begin to move from a place of self-trust and clarity. Our bag starts to carry new beliefs, stronger boundaries, and aligned actions that support the life we are creating.

Phase 1: Unpack the Bag
The first step in the Be the Bag framework is learning to unpack the bag you’ve been carrying. Before we can build wealth, attract opportunity, or step into our full power, we have to pause and look at what is already inside our bag. Many of the beliefs we carry about money, success, and self-worth were formed long before we were old enough to question them. They come from family experiences, cultural messages, and the environments we grew up in. The Unpack the Bag phase is about awareness. It’s the process of noticing the patterns and beliefs that shape how we think about money, opportunities, and our value. Some of those things may be helpful, and some may be holding us back. For example, you might realize you were taught that money is stressful, that you always have to struggle to survive, or that asking for more is selfish. When we begin to notice these messages, we can start deciding whether they still belong in our bag. This phase matters because you can’t change what you haven’t looked at. Unpacking gives you the chance to slow down and reflect on your financial story—what you learned, what you experienced, and how it has shaped the way you move through the world today. It’s not about blaming anyone or judging yourself. It’s about understanding your starting point so you can move forward with intention. When you unpack the bag, you create space. Space for new ideas, healthier money habits, and a stronger sense of self-worth. This step lays the foundation for everything that comes next in the journey. Because before you can repack the bag with new beliefs and strategies, you have to understand what you’ve been carrying all along.
The Bag is not just money .....
The Bag is not just money. The Bag represents: • your worth • your voice • your healing • your power • your capacity to create wealth and impact Many of us were taught to chase the bag. But the deeper truth is: You become the bag first. Inside this framework we move through four phases. Phase 1 Unpack the Bag Understanding: • financial wounds • childhood money conditioning • generational trauma • systemic racism and economic barriers Phase 2 Repack the Bag Replacing old beliefs with: • new money narratives • nervous system safety • aligned financial habits Phase 3 Secure the Bag Building: • income stability • financial literacy • business and wealth strategy Phase 4 Become the Bag Embodiment. You no longer chase opportunities. Your alignment attracts them.
