After we unpack the bag, we begin to see the beliefs, fears, and survival patterns that shaped our relationship with money, worth, and opportunity. But awareness alone does not create change. If we only unpack without repacking, we remain conscious of the wounds while still operating from them.
Repacking the bag is the intentional process of choosing what goes back inside.
In this phase, we begin replacing old money stories with new beliefs rooted in self-worth, safety, and alignment. We start building healthier habits, regulating our nervous system around growth, and creating new financial and emotional patterns that support abundance instead of scarcity.
This phase is important because it shifts us from healing to rebuilding. Instead of chasing money or trying to prove our value, we begin to move from a place of self-trust and clarity. Our bag starts to carry new beliefs, stronger boundaries, and aligned actions that support the life we are creating.
