This is a space for HSP women who are done surviving their sensitivity and ready to develop real skills around it — how you direct your attention, how you calibrate what you take in, and how you come back to yourself when you've drifted. Whether you're here as a beta client or a community member, you belong here exactly as you are. Your sensitivity is not the problem. You just haven't had the right tools yet. Week 1 Discussion: What Does Center Feel Like For You?
This week's practice is simple: locate center. Find the place in your body that feels most like you — settled, distinctly yourself, before anything pulls you outward. Once you've tried the practice, come back here and share: one word or phrase for what center feels like in your body. There are no wrong answers. Some women say warm, still, narrow, low, threaded, mine. Whatever is true for you. This thread is the beginning of our shared language. Add yours.
