Is it just me, or does it feel like these terms get tossed around like everyone received the same AI dictionary...but somehow we did not?
Well, I've done the research and hereโs the simple version:
Responds to your questions.
Helps you think, create, organize, and complete tasks with you.
Works toward a goal, takes multiple steps, uses tools, and may act with less supervision.
The lines can get blurry because one AI tool may function as all three. What matters isnโt the fancy label.... itโs how much responsibility youโre giving it.
Which one are you using most right now โ chatbot, assistant, or agent?
