So today I was so excited about everything that’s going on with our business and I was trying to cook dinner. I got a phone call got distracted and I burnt myself. Second-degree burns with hot grease. I was in pain for about three hours. I went to the emergency room they gave me some meds so I’m feeling a little better now🤭. I’m probably gonna feel it tomorrow, but I started thinking What is this teaching me #1 slow down #2 that even though things could be bad at the moment is how you react to it that makes a difference and if you remember that it could always be worse and somebody out there always has it worse you can handle anything.

Who uses Claude or chat gpt through their phone? I’ve been having “glitches “ on my phone so when I bought my new laptop I got Claude & ChatGPT set up on it and got rid from my phone. But … in the evening I actually like playing around with both , while being with hubby and 1/2 watching the rubbish on tv! , getting suggestions for content , prompts etc… and having to disappear into my office makes me feel cut off. If you use them on your phone do you think they’re causing the phone to overwork (like me) ? 🤔 I could bring my laptop down but it’s bulky and I hate not being able to use my mouse!
