I once heard a line that stuck with me:
You’re only as happy as your unhappiest child. If you’re a parent, you instantly get it. What surprised me is how often this shows up in business and life too. You can have 90% of things going right…and your mind still locks onto the one thing that feels off. The conversation you’re avoiding. The decision you keep delaying. The loose end you keep telling yourself you’ll deal with “later.” And the tricky part is this…That unresolved piece doesn’t stay contained. It fractures your focus. Clouds your judgment. Quietly drains energy from what is working. Sometimes it even follows you home. Here’s the shift that actually changes things: Find the constraint. Face it. Fix it. Because when your mind isn’t busy avoiding something, it finally has the bandwidth to amplify what’s already going right. So I’m curious…What’s the one thing you’ve been tolerating that’s quietly taxing everything else? Drop it below if you’re open to sharing.
Automations
I am having the most difficult time, creating a zap, for an automation of AI Zapier to create an authentic summary from zoom after coaching sessions. There is a disconnect between the zoom and what zapier can do. I’m running in circles with ChatGPT. I have already paid for the Pro version of Zapier so I’m having a hard time just tossing it to the side. Has anyone had troubles with this? If you have a solution please share!

Context Engineering
In reference to the AI world, we heard about Prompt Engineering, which of course it is important, because you need to know what questions/prompts to ask ChatGPT. This morning I read a post about something new (at least to me, the newbie) Context Engineering. Has anybody some thoughts to share about this? Many thanks!
The Danger of “Set It and Forget It”
“Set it and forget it” sounds efficient. It’s usually expensive. Here’s the truth… Markets move. Attention shifts. Offers fatigue. Ads don’t fail suddenly. They decay quietly. When nothing is monitored: • Creative gets stale • Costs creep up • Conversions drop • Budgets bleed Example: Two campaigns go live on the same day. One is reviewed weekly and adjusted. The other is left alone. After 30 days, one scales. The other flatlines. Simple takeaway: Ads are not a switch. They’re a system that needs feedback. Question for you — what campaign is running right now that hasn’t been checked in weeks?

“I’ll Build You a Website—You Only Bring Your Story”
Every business has a story. But many don’t have a place to tell it. Let’s fix that. I’m creating free websites for entrepreneurs who want to share their mission, products, or journey in a professional way. Tell me your story in one sentence below, and I’ll design a site concept around it
