Trouble logging into chatGPT

Hi I’m unable to login to my chatGPT App I’ve tried everything chatGPT suggested last advice is to reinstall the App but then it’s says I’ll lose all data and I had a lot of work on it which was a work in progress…

I checked VPN , privacy relay, update of app, ( but there was nothing to update) forced close, turn off WiFi & rebooted my phone… any other suggestions gladly welcome as hours or work will be lost.

I also logged in with apple but that just created a new account where no data was saved. 🙏🙏🙏 can anyone help!!!
