Quick update, I've been running outreach for about a week now. Cold DMs on Instagram, email sequences, and starting cold calls this week. Getting very few replies with not much conversion which I expected this early into the outreach phase. My main challenge is finding a way to stand out from all the other "AI automation" pitches these business owners get. Trying to lead with the actual problem (missed leads = lost revenue) instead of just "we do AI." For anyone further along - how do you get past the "sounds interesting but not right now" response? And how do you prove ROI before they sign?
