I work in cognitive AI architecture, not model building and not prompt gimmicks. My focus is on the layer above models: how reasoning, confidence, evidence, and decisions are governed before outputs are trusted or acted on. As AI moves deeper into business, finance, analytics, and strategy, the real risk isn’t capability; it’s ungoverned reasoning, false precision, and decisions made on confident but fragile outputs.
What I build are model-agnostic cognitive governance frameworks that sit between humans, LLMs, and business decisions. These frameworks don’t try to “be smart.” They enforce discipline: clear scope, explicit assumptions, bounded outcomes, responsibility allocation, and audit-ready reasoning. They are designed for environments where mistakes are expensive; pricing, risk assessment, strategy, compliance, and enterprise analytics.
This work sits at the intersection of AI safety, risk management, business intelligence, and systems thinking. It’s relevant to executives, analysts, startups, prompt engineers, and technologists because it answers a simple question most tools ignore: When should an AI speak with numbers, and when should it stay silent? That distinction is where trust, safety, and real value are created.
