Hot take (but hear me out)
If AI feels like a threat to your job or business, it’s rarely because AI is “too powerful.”
It’s usually because your value was tied to manual effort, not thinking.
AI doesn’t reward hustle the way we were taught.
It rewards clarity. Judgment. Systems. Decision making.
The people winning with AI aren’t working harder they’re thinking better.
They know what to ask, what to automate, what to ignore, and where humans still matter most.
This shift is uncomfortable because effort used to be enough.
Now, leverage beats labor.
