I’m Jason an entrepreneur running a real estate team of 40+ agents, and I’m hitting a wall operationally.
I feel stuck and overwhelmed because I’m still doing too many manual, repetitive tasks in the business things I know could be automated or delegated. I just don’t know where to start first.
