Fellow agencies…

I’m 21 and I run a small AI agency. We build automations that answer leads and trigger workflows without us touching every step. It’s been going well, but I’ve started thinking more about accountability.

If something goes wrong, who officially owns that? And if a client starts asking about governance or risk controls, is there an actual class, framework, or certification that agencies can point to?

Right now it feels like everyone is just building fast and figuring it out as we go. Curious if there’s something more formal out there that businesses are starting to expect.
