I was thinking about a micro Saas like project for my own business. The idea that came up in my mind was something like close to lead qualification. I was thinking of creating an AI-type assistant which is going to convert hesitant, confused customers into potential clients and then pass them to real agents just so we can save their time and energy. I was thinking of specifying this to a niche, so the niche that came into my mind was travel agencies. I'm just a bit confused like where to start from? Should I start from a chatbot or should I start from email assistant or would WhatsApp do better? What would be the best option for a mvp, with least friction
