You will see a lot of long time AI users giving very complex templates for writing effective prompts.

The truth is that as tools like ChatGPT evolves, complex prompt engineering becomes reserved for specialists focussed on very specific tasks (usually one-shot prompts inside of tools like n8n or Make.com)
