I put on a few extra pounds over the holidays and decided to clean things up this year.
In the past, “diet food” never stuck for me — it was bland, boring, and honestly not enjoyable enough to sustain.
This time, I experimented with using AI differently — not to chase novelty, but to remove friction between healthy and enjoyable.
The result surprised me.
This dish is Italian Bistecca-style Wagyu with Salsa Verde and Charred Broccolini — something I’d never even heard of before, let alone cooked.
My family loved it, and that’s what made it click for me:
when the system works, willpower becomes irrelevant.
