Found this online and thought others might find it useful:
I've just been going through the prehab movements, and while most of them so far have been familiar, there have been a few others that are new challenges and seem like they might be helpful. I have a feeling the Cossack moves, forearm shoulder bridges, and front under are just the beginning of what will be a long list of small challenges!
