Here is some interesting information regarding emotional dysregulation and how it affects people with ADHD. I know that I struggle with emotional dysregulation at work when I get stressed or when meetings don't go to plan. Once I start getting emotional, I also start to get the worst case scenarios going through my head about how I am a failure and I am just "faking it" at work. Luckily I have a great boss that I can talk to and can share my struggles so that he has a little bit better understanding of what I am going through.
