For me its asking for a complete breakdown of the cost down to the minute of labor.

'How much do you guys buy the tankless water heater for?'

'How much cheaper would it be if I bought it and you installed it?'

and on and on.

Don't get me wrong I love my customers, but sometimes they know just how to get me😂
