Welcome to this week’s Movement Bingo Challenge 😬 The goal is simple: tick off as many squares as you can this week. Each activity takes around 5–20 minutes, so you can fit them in whenever it works for you - before work, after dinner, or during a quick break. How to play ✔ Try to complete as many squares as you can this week ✔ Tick them off as you go ✔ Take photos and share them in the Movement Check-In category ✔ Cheer other members on 🏆 Winner gets bragging rights for the week. Remember: this club isn’t about intense workouts or perfection. It’s about moving your body, having fun, and building the habit of doing something each day. Your goal this week is simple: dance to one song you love every day. Put on your favourite song and move however you like - in your kitchen, living room, garden, or wherever you happen to be. There are no rules. No choreography required. Just move and have a little fun. Extra challenge: Post a photo or short video of you dancing at least once this week in the comments so we can cheer you on. Remember to have fun and dance like nobody is watching!
