What should I do when a shitty appointment setter replies to my opener?

I have felt this many times.

I spend a lot of time in outreach and literally an appointment setter replies to my dm and I get exited because I think "oh finally I got a reply from a client.

finally I made it"... well the reality hits hard when we realize it's an appointment setter who just keeps on asking questions after question to build rapport....

I just wanted to know the way to bypass/breakthrough these appointment setter
