If the client is expecting 5 emails from me,
I’ll tell them I’ll write 5, BUT I’ll send them 7 instead and not charge them.
Why?
To give them some extra value they can use and make extra money from.
These little gestures help you to stand out.
Because of reciprocity, your clients are likely to work with you more because you overdeliver.
They see your passion.
Your actions speak louder than 1000 words.
