The 5-Minute Morning Routine That Makes Business EASY
You ever had times where business just feels incredibly difficult and draining?
Well... business only feels hard when your energy, mindset, and clarity are off.
Most people wake up tired, fogged out, reactive, and stressed, then wonder why they procrastinate and can’t close deals lmao
This is the 5-minute routine I use every single morning that makes running a business feel EFFORTLESS.
Let’s go!
STEP 1: Fix Your Sleep (the night before haha)
The morning starts at night.
If you go to sleep scattered, overstimulated, wired...
You’re going to wake up feeling tired, behind and reaching for your phone
Here's what I do personally to have the BEST night of sleep possible for the best possible day
  • Wind down an hour before bed
  • Journal before bed
  • Plan the next day
  • No food 2 hours before sleep
  • No devices at least half an hour before bed
  • Sleep in a dark room, mouth tape, eye mask, white noise
  • Track sleep quality with SleepCycle
If you don’t fix this, NOTHING else works
STEP 2: Plan the Day (the night before)
Don’t wake up and “figure it out.”
Because that saps away your brain points and energy levels.
You should wake up and know exactly what to do, in what order, and for how long.
  • Google Calendar = law
  • To-do list ranked by ROI of tasks
  • No more than 3–4 deep work blocks (no more than 4 - 6 hours a day)
  • Visualize your morning block right before bed
STEP 3: Gratitude Right After Waking Up
Most entrepreneurs wake up anxious (which makes their day suck).
I wake up being grateful for what I do have.
You don’t need a full gratitude journal, just 60 seconds of thinking what I'm grateful for.
This puts me into a higher vibrational frequency (happier emotion) which allows me to crush the day.
STEP 4: Arrogance
Arrogance + humility = domination
How have I had the best year of my life so far? Because of these things.
After gratitude, I hype myself up.
I know that I'm the best, that I'm crushing it and that I own the day.
You don’t wait to feel confident. You create it before your day even starts.
STEP 5: Get Straight to Work
No scrolling. No delay. No dopamine hits.
Because that saps away your brain points.
Here's what I personally do to lock-in (especially early-morning)
  • Hoodie on
  • White noise in
  • One task → one deep work block
  • No checking notifications until after work
You win the day early-morning if you follow this.
This little routine takes under 5 minutes!!
And it will shift your income, execution, and self-respect within 1 week.
