Pitching potential leads (urgent!!)

I’m currently outreaching and have a few warm leads (they responded to my openers). When do I go ahead to pitch them and what’s the best way to? I looked at all the material from Tyson but I don’t really quite understand when I should pitch so it doesn’t sound too salesy. I understand this is not a one size fits all but is there any trick or something I can use to actually have people listen to my free value and not just ghost?

Also what are the best ways of pitching? I’m currently doing free value stuff where I tell them what how and why they need to change a certain thing through IG DMs.
