I've made $9K+ the past few months WITHOUT burnout (copy me lol)
I’ve gone from making nothing online and being burnt out all the time to now never getting burnt out, always being energized and the past few months I’ve made $9K+ online.
And in this post I’m going to share with you the ONE thing which has DELETED my burnout forever.
Let me tell you a story first though.
I used to feel incredibly drained and burnt out all time.
My brain would feel like mush when I’d try work, I would end up getting distracted.
Work that took 30 seconds and felt like play to others took me hours.
I was working 12 - 16 hours a day as well (but really poor work)
And sacrificed:
  • Old friends & relationships.
  • Time with my family
  • My entire social life
However I still wasn’t getting tangible RESULTS at the end of each day.
In December I was sick of this and I did some reflection.
Found how badly I was burnt out
Then from there I started to dive DEEPER.
“Why am I burnt out?”
It was because I was getting 5- 7 hours of sleep each night, really inconsistently and it was of low quality.
No wonder why I was so emotional, drained all the time.
Every single entrepreneur I’ve talked to who has/does, struggle with burnout have the same issue.
Since I’ve fixed it I’ve closed over $9K+ in deal value the past few months.
Here’s the framework I used:
STEP 1: Diagnose
Most people try random productivity tactics without getting to the root CAUSE of the problem.
Or will try solve the BURNOUT, not going any deeper (like what I did lol)
Doctors wouldn’t solve the surface level problem, they’d diagnose the EXACT problem and then prescribe the exact solution
Do the same with sleep.
Ask yourself:
  • “What exact problems with my sleep have I got?”
Once I found the core issue I started working on it rather than focusing on hacks.
Make sure you identify and solve the BIGGEST issue tho, since that helps you to really create a “domino effect”
STEP 2: Become consistent then become GREAT

I started with my habits (solutions) initially with just 5 minutes a day.
However this started to compound and compound, before I knew it I had set up an entire routine lol
I started with:
  • one habit
  • made it impossible to get inconsistent (made it easy)
And progressively overloaded until I had solved all my problems.
STEP 3: Simplification
I used to have my routines take up MOST of the day,
I thought more routines = more productivity which is actually just wasted dead time.
Some habits don’t even matter (once you filly fix all your sleep problems)
Ask yourself:
  • Which habits can I combine?
  • Which ones ACTUALLY improve my sleep?
Now my routine’s simple,
I have ZERO burnout
I feel AMAZING each day
And now I’ve closed over $9K+ in LTV online as a 17 year-old online coach
