Iman Gadhzi's - the ONE Thing.
I studied Iman’s – the ONE Thing event’s welcome email & broke down his “uncommon” persuasion strategies that you can use to 10x your email's effectiveness.
(I’ll delete the post if it doesn’t work)
So without further ado, let’s begin …
  1. The PRE-suasion.
One thing Iman did to make sure everyone would open his email the first thing after they registered for the event …
He made opening the email a necessary step to complete his/her registration.
… He even used a special link on the confirmation page so that the user does nothing else but open his email.
If you want to make a similar link …
Just open your inbox (web) > type your subject line in the search box > click search > copy the link.
  1. The Retention.
Reading Iman’s email felt effortless and after studying his email, I know (for a fact) it’s for a reason.
What did he do? he just made it easier to read (lol)
If you think your emails look like a newspaper article, today may be your wake-up call …
… Use this to fix that:
> Don’t make your email look like a mountain of text, go for short sentences and necessary spacing.
> As low as possible reading grade level, you can simply find your reading level in the Hemingway editor (Iman’s was grade 1)
> Use connector words … like nope, sorry, (first name) Alex.
  1. The Action
Iman made it simple how the reader would benefit from his email.
Unfortunately, I can’t give you a framework for that.
You need to do your research about your target audience.
That’s why I’ve made a simple research cheat sheet to do that.
Hope you found this useful, keep grinding 4D gang 👨🏻‍💻
