We all seem to forget about all that very quickly when we're in the heat of battle, but...
It's fixable.
I learnt one trick from a podcast with Alex Hormozi (huge fan btw🥰)
It goes something like this:
Ask yourself...
"If I was the main character in a movie,
What would I do?"
"Work or sleep?" (filler 🥞)
After you've gotten the answer...do it 😁
