Morning everyone
Hey everyone 👋 First, I want to apologise for the lack of communication recently. It’s been quieter than I’d like in the group, and I appreciate everyone who’s stuck around while things have been happening behind the scenes. The good news is that we’re gearing up for a full relaunch this month, and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s coming. We’ve been working hard on improving the experience, refining the vision, and putting together some valuable new content and opportunities for the community. On top of that, there’s been some incredible progress on the book. What started as an idea is rapidly becoming something real, and I can’t wait to start sharing more updates with you soon. It’s shaping up even better than I imagined, and I genuinely believe it’s going to make a big impact. Thank you for your patience, support, and belief in what we’re building here. This is just the beginning of the next chapter, and I can’t wait to bring you along for the journey. Stay tuned! There’s a lot more to come this month. 🚀 Let’s make it happen.

The 10/10 Career Strategy Book
Professional Camouflage Effect
The most dangerous career risk isn’t failure, it’s being forgettable. Most professionals don’t stall because they’re bad at their job. They stall because their work blends into the background. And the worst part? It happens to the most reliable people. ✅ You deliver consistently ✅ You keep things running ✅ You solve problems quietly ❌ But visibility? Minimal This is what I call the Professional Camouflage Effect: ✅You become so good at being dependable ❌That people stop noticing your impact ❌And start assuming you’ll “just handle it” ❌While others get the spotlight If you want 2026 to look different, you need one shift: Stop being indispensable and start being undeniable.

New Year / New Start Challenge: Write your 2026 career goal in ONE sentence. Not a paragraph. Not a vague intention. One sentence that forces clarity. Comment your goal below — I’ll highlight a few of mine in the comments...

Why hardworking people get stuck!
Some of the most stuck people I meet aren’t lazy. They’re not unambitious. They’re not “underperforming”. They’re the ones who: • stay late • take on the extra work • hit every target • never cause drama • are the “safe pair of hands” And yet… They watch other people — sometimes less capable, less committed — move ahead of them.
