Why hardworking people get stuck!
Some of the most stuck people I meet aren’t lazy.
They’re not unambitious.
They’re not “underperforming”.
They’re the ones who:
• stay late
• take on the extra work
• hit every target
• never cause drama
• are the “safe pair of hands”
And yet…
They watch other people — sometimes less capable, less committed — move ahead of them.
