How do you structure your content creation process?

I’ve seen that quite a few of you are currently creating content or building your personal brands, and I wanted to ask about your content strategy.

I usually dedicate part of my weekend to planning and preparing content — researching topics, looking for inspo, brainstorming ideas and deciding what to film.

I’d love to know how you structure this process and what has helped you make it more efficient, spend less time coming up with ideas, and create more valuable content consistently.

Is there any small things that made a big difference at the beginning , for example, interacting regularly with new followers, replying to people ... to build a stronger connection with your audience?
