How do you structure your content creation process?
Hi girls 🤍 I’ve seen that quite a few of you are currently creating content or building your personal brands, and I wanted to ask about your content strategy. I usually dedicate part of my weekend to planning and preparing content — researching topics, looking for inspo, brainstorming ideas and deciding what to film. I’d love to know how you structure this process and what has helped you make it more efficient, spend less time coming up with ideas, and create more valuable content consistently. Is there any small things that made a big difference at the beginning , for example, interacting regularly with new followers, replying to people ... to build a stronger connection with your audience? Also would love to hear from @Leyla Karimova and @Sarah Lee , since you both grew a big community and followers🤍

Hello, I am Merey 🐆
Hey everyone! 🤍 I'm Merey, I'm originally from Kazakhstan, currently based in Sydney doing my Master's in AI/ML. Right now I'm building toward a Product Management role in tech/AI, bridging the technical and strategy sides of things, and that's honestly where I feel most alive. I have some concrete goals of mine and I'd say this is my winter arc (but in Australia we passed winter 2 weeks ago, hehe): land a PM offer, or at least a strong pipeline of interviews, by growing a real LinkedIn presence and starting my visibility on social media. Yesterday I took the Gallup CliftonStrengths test and my #1 strength came back as Ideation which is basically connecting dots between things that don't obviously belong together. People have told me this my whole life without me having a name for it, so it was a fun "oh THAT'S what that is" moment. It ties into why I'm so drawn to the human side of building a career right now too as charisma, networking, the art of conversation, social capital, etiquette, not in a performative way, more like understanding how people actually build trust and connection with each other. I'm really happy to connect with all of you guys, and I'd love to ask you for some social media (especially TikTok and Instagram) growth tips and strategies, perhaps some videos or resources. I'd really appreciate that. Thank you all🫶🏻🛥️🤍!

Hi Merey! So lovely to meet you 🤍 You’re beautiful, and it’s so interesting that you’re studying AI/ML. I currently work in tech, and although I’m not in Product Management, I’m quite close to that side of the company, so it’s really nice to connect with more people in the niche. I also loved what you said about the human side of building a career. Communication and the art of conversation are definitely some of the things you’ll get to explore and develop here too!! Welcome 🤍

@Merey Orynbassar I work in sales at a Danish startup here in Barcelona, focused on the commercial side and expansion of the market, so I’m also quite close to the product🤭 I also saw you’re into content and strategy, I’m building my personal brand too and still figuring out the direction, so I’d love to connect and follow your journey !👑
Hello!
Hi girls! My name is Kumi and I’m living in Bangkok, Thailand. I am currently doing social media for my family’s private gym business. Since I took this role, the number of new clients have skyrocketed from 3-4 new clients a month (Jan-July) to well over 40 new clients just in August-September alone. I do this by focusing on creating relatable and entertaining content that makes our trainers personable and feature actual clients to create trust. While doing this, I am also building my own personal brand on Instagram. I am still figuring out my groove but still enjoying the trial and error process nonetheless! An outcome I am working towards before December 31 is posting 3-4x a week consistently for more inbounds for paid collaboration opportunities! Something I take pride in doing very well is not so much of an “action” per se, but it is being a good listener and supporter. I am big on connecting with people on a more human-level and offering a space to exchange support, ideas, and just pushing each other towards our individual goals and helping one another grow. Sometimes you just need someone to listen and provide a fresh perspective and so I am all about mutual support and encouragement! One thing people would never assume about me would be that I am a big homebody. I’ve been told I look the opposite, but I am trying very hard to change that and get out more!! :D I love having productive conversations about work and life so I am very open to that here. My instagram is @kumikyn. It’s lovely to meet you all. <3

Hi Kumi! Nice to meet you😊 I’m Marina, based in Barcelona and originally from China. First of all, congrats on the growth you’ve created for your family’s business, such a strong result!🙏🏻 Funny that, I also have set myself a similar goal , to post 4 times per week and combine the weekends to create all the batch content! I also love talking about work, money, life and ambition with other women, so I’d love to connect and follow your journey. I’ll find you on Instagram too 🤍
How can I handle a diplomatic event where my sister is the main character but I want to network without overshadowing her?
Hi everyone, have a nice day! I am a new member here and would like your advice. My dear sister kindly invited me to attend the commemoration of the Republic of Korea's National Foundation Day at a diplomatic hotel event. The Korean ambassador is going to be there, as well as probably more diplomatic personnel. She signed me up as her guest; she was invited as the president of the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) commission in my country, so it's her evening. I am building a career in politics, so it's a kind gesture of hers. However, I cannot see how I can network in the professional sphere and not overshadowing the middle man/guest/diplomat (in this case, it's my beloved sister). So, ladies, how do you manage to network without making the middle man/guest/diplomat feel displaced? I thought I would act as her liaison, taking pictures and supporting and cheering her on. Then I could take pictures with the ambassador and post them on LinkedIn, presenting myself as my sister's assistant for the event. However, in my experience, this has led to me being perceived as useful to the diplomat, without leading to me gaining any networking contacts or actual opportunities... I would love to hear your approaches, advice or ideas, because it would help me a lot, not only in this situation. P.S. This also includes the outfit for the event. I already know that I am going to contrast with her. My approach is professional and functional, while my sister's is artistic and design-focused. Warmly, Nicole.

Hi Nicole, nice to meet you! I agree with the other girls. I would also ask your sister what would make her feel most comfortable and supported during the event. At the same time, I think you can absolutely take advantage of such a beautiful opportunity to continue building your own path in politics and, of course, gain experience that can also add value to your professional trajectory. There will probably be relevant people there that you can naturally connect with without forcing anything. Even just exchanging perspectives, discovering common interests or having a few meaningful conversations could be very valuable for you.🤍 I think the key is to support your sister while still allowing yourself to be present as your own person too.
perks of being friends w brand owners (& exchanging products hihih)
my italian friends here in georgia are scaling a brand, their product is lymphatic drainage drops (from everything like bloating, puffiness etc etc). Asked them for a sample - they gave me their test sample to try out, and my bloating went away within a dayyyyy (I always feel way much more elegant when I'm not bloated ahah). Next stop is to reverse my puffy cheeeeeeks (my mum at my age had puffy cheeks too - I personally really want to have defined jawline and a bit more hallow sculpted face). They asked me to be their testimonial 😄 (this is not an ad - I just thought its funny to share, want to see what will happen in a month. I said I'll kiss both of them on a cheek if their product is acc that good 🫡)
