Quit Smoking ๐Ÿšญ
Day 2 has started. i passee Day 1 without smoking i would say fairly easy because i also slept a lot ๐Ÿ˜‚. i judt came back from therapie and now sitting on the balcony. normal times for a cigarette.. im drinking water to do something else than smoke. hope the urge for a cigarette will go away more and more ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
Hair Routine Update ๐Ÿง–๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
This week I went to my hairdresser for a little refresh. I had my ends trimmed and did a glossing treatment. She actually told me that my hair already looks stronger and thicker, which made me really happy! Iโ€™m staying consistent and continuing with my routine: using my antiโ€“hair loss shampoo, my serum, and oiling my hair once a week. Iโ€™ve planned my hair oiling for Sunday as a little reset moment probably turning it into a small wellness day as well. Self-care and consistency! ๐ŸŒฟ
