After undergoing hip surgery last week, I am starting today with my own Habit Builder Program. I am planning to use the time i have noe to build habits and take them over into my daily routine. Habit 1: Reading Today i read 50 pages of Rich Dad Poor Dad. The goal is to read for 30 minutes at least every day. Positives: The book is very easy written and gives insights in two different views at the financial part of life. It excites me to read and I am lookimg forward to read more! Habit 2: Drinking 2.5litres per day Statting of slowly to be honest, as i normally dont drink to much. Since i am taking a lot if medication currently, i need to focus on drinking more - more updates at the end of the day! How is your year going? any new habits you are working on?
