What is the first thing you do in the morning?
Do you pray? Meditate? Workout?
Having a routine in the mornings helps you be consistent on your path and personal journey.
I remember when I first started in mentorship. I just knew my ancestors had it out for me waking up at 6am daily for prayer and then 3 more times throughout the day.
What I didn’t understand fully was, these times were times my ancestors and spirit guides laid out for me.
Slowly but surely, I started to understand just how imperative a morning activation is. And how it can set your day up!
This knowledge was given to me via divination by my God Mom.
Once I got over the mundane fact that my first prayer time was at 6am, it was smooth sailing!
