"It's life changing, that's not corny, it really is!"
Reminder: Doors close for February intake on 15 Feb (This Sunday) Rosie is a mother to Henry, who lives with Dravet Syndrome. She's a wife. A full-time coach herself. And now? She's also someone who completed 2 Hyrox Pairs, 3 Hyrox Solo events, and the Bournemouth Half Marathon in 2025 alone. When she joined in November 2024, she'd lost her spark. She knew what to do, but couldn't inspire herself to do it. She needed someone to look out for her. To push her. To help her make the time when excuses felt easier. 2025 changed everything. Not just her fitness (though she can push herself harder than ever before). But her confidence. Her identity. Her connection to a community that genuinely cares. And she's not stopping. 2026 has her sights on another half marathon and a Back-Yard Ultra, stretching herself like never before. This is what happens when structure, accountability, and community meet someone ready to invest in themselves. It's life-changing. And it's not corny. It's real. Rosie has become a huge inspiration to our Team TC community. If you're sitting on the fence, wondering if coaching is worth it, her story is your answer. If you want to chat about how you could live out this journey, just like Rosie, remember the doors close for this month on Sunday. You will then have to wait until March to jump on board.
