Community to Support
To support people who has suffered trauma in their life - who have not yet released the pain and for those who are currently experiencing really damaging behaviour.
I do reference God and my faith is strong. If that offends you - while you are navigating heartache from things happening and that have already led to quite deep scars, leaving you disillusioned etc etc - this group may not be for you.
If you are open then please stay.
If this content triggers you - then please know - that I believe, those triggers are indications of needing to look a little deeper into the trigger and find its original source, there in which we can move into the process of healing.
If not, another direction may be what you need currently, where you are always welcome to return.
I am a therapist and have quite a few diplomas and experience in my career to help. At the moment I am choosing to not take on this role as I am experiencing a LOT of bad behaviour to put it - non-confrontationally!!
I also beleive in people needing to see a therapist when they are going through a lot or a little to sort through and get clarity and move on from it. I am at the moment, having a few avenues i am on to deal with my own situation.
My aim for my role, in creating this page is one of support. To listen kindly and I hope others can feel safe to just be. Just be in this space. Where they know others really do understand what they are going through. That alone is pretty MASSIVE and so this page is dedicated to that.
It is not to describe what is going on. That may sound strange - I am hoping this space can feel ok for others to have a deep breath and in which i can offer to tools I have gathered along the way - to help in that way-
