Hi, I’m My, the coach behind Team H.O.F.F.
I didn’t always love fitness or have an easy relationship with food. Years of dieting and extremes led me to a more sustainable path. Strength training in my early 30s changed everything, not by fixing my body, but by building confidence and consistency.
Now I coach busy women — from military and career professionals to stay-at-home wives — to get stronger, move better, and fuel themselves with purpose without guilt or punishment.
I’m Swedish, live in Germany as a military spouse, and coach both in person and online. I’m supportive, a little quirky, and deeply invested in my clients.
My coaching follows The H.O.F.F. Way: habits that fit real life, ownership without shame, fueling with purpose, and making fitness sustainable.
