The Unexpected Call
Luca was preparing slides for a meeting when his phone buzzed. A client from London wanted to “jump on a quick call.” Luca felt nervous, but he answered anyway. He spoke slowly, used simple phrases, and focused on clarity. The call went well, and the client even said, “Thanks, that was very clear.” Luca closed his laptop with a smile. Confidence grows in the small moments. Question:What’s a small English success you’ve had recently?

True leaders are those which take risks...
Thanks @Troy Grant and @Katrina Te-Hau for taking a risk and being the first to join my community. I have a lot of exciting things planned for the future. Please introduce yourself and tell each other why you are here, and what you would like to see here. Then, I'll do my best to assist you. Have an awesome weekend, from a snowy Italy!
